TapeStation DNA & RNA Kits -Scaleable and fast solution for DNA and RNA sample QC. Genomic DNA Screen Tape Assay available for the analysis of genomic DNA from 200bp to >60,000bp. With the RNA Screen Tape Assays, Bioanalyser-like resolution and an objective quality evaluation through RINe (RNA Integrity Number equivalent) can be obtained.

Methylation Detection

Zymo Research

  • EZ DNA Methylation Kit - Complete bisulfite conversion of methylated DNA prior to NGS. Recommended by Illumina for both their Golden Gate and Infinium workflows.
  • Methylated-DNA IP Kit - Utilises IP technology for the enrichment of 5-methylcytosine containing DNA with a highly specific anti 5-methylcytosine monoclonal antibody for the "capture" and separation of methylated DNA from non-methylated DNA in only a few hours, from any pool of fragmented genomic DNA for use in NGS.
