Archer SureShot ALK RET ROS1 controls are formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) curls of homogeneously mixed, genetically defined ALK, RET and ROS1 fusion-positive cell lines. Curls contain EML4-ALK, CCDC6-RET, and SLC34A2-ROS1 fusions. When used alongside the Archer FusionPlex Panels containing ALK, RET or ROS1 fusions, the SureShot controls are a powerful measure of extraction, library preparation, sequencing and panel performance.
