Targeted NGS assay that detects and identifies fusions, point mutations and expression levels from RNA input. The kit is comprehensive in nature, targeting 84 genes associated with myeloid-origin malignancies. Libraries are created by using the FusionPlex assay in conjunction with the Archer MBC Adapters. Starter Kit available for new users and includes discounted FusionPlex kit, MBC adapters, PreSeq QC Assay and fusion controls.
