FusionPlex Pan-Heme Kit

Targeted NGS assay that detects and identifies fusions, point mutations and expression levels from RNA input. The kit encompasses all the targets in the FusionPlex heme kits, amounting to over 199 genes relating to lymphoid and myeloid malignancies. Libraries are created by using the FusionPlex assay in conjunction with the Archer MBC Adapters. Starter Kit available for new users and includes discounted FusionPlex kit, MBC adapters, PreSeq QC Assay and fusion controls.
