The SureSelect Strand-Specific RNA Library Preparation kit prepares Poly(A) enriched libraries for whole-transcriptome sequencing. Sequence a wide range of RNA to detect gene expression changes and alternative splicing. The kit contains mRNA sequencing library preparation and enrichment materials.

Libraries are generated from as little as 50ng of RNA in just 5 hours with minimal hands on time. These libraries maintain strand specificity while generating high complexity sequencing libraries with limited 5’ to 3’ transcript coverage bias. Libraries are compatible with Illumina sequencers.
