The Urine Collection Kit w/ Urine Conditioning Buffer ensures urine sample stability during storage/transport and ambient temperatures without a need for refrigeration or specialized equipment. Urine Conditioning Buffer effectively inhibits microbial growth in urine samples and the urine nucleic acid content is preserved at ambient temperature for up to 1 month. Urine Conditioning Buffer also facilitates pelleting of urine nucleic acids from large volume urine samples for the subsequent nucleic acids purification.
