Agilent Gene Expression Microarrays provide a comprehensive coverage of genes and transcripts to study gene expression profiling for a wide variety of organisms and species. The first version of Bovine Microarray was designed using the fully sequenced cow genome. This array was designed in collaboration with ViaLactia. The majority of probe target sequences were extensively curated by expert biologists and contain dense functional annotation derived from their human orthologues. The second version of Bovine Microarray was design by Agilent using the most up to date sequence and annotation sources available in the public domain.
